UK Airport Car Terms And Conditions

  1. We request clients to book at least 12 hours in advance, if using our online service. Otherwise we will be able to accept bookings over the phone at any time.
  2. Once you have made a booking, you will recieve an auto response, with your booking details, from the system. This is not a confirmation.We only consider a booking as accepted until we confirm via email or phone.If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please inform us in case we missed your booking. In this case we would kindly ask you to book again.
  3. A booking can only be changed or cancelled via the phone. Our drivers are not responsible for any cancellations.Cancellations not informed up to 1 hour prior to pick-up time may incur 100% of the booked cab price.Cancellations informed between 1 to 6 hours prior to the journey will incur 25% of the booked cab price. Cancellations informed more than 6 hours prior to pick-up time means that a 5% cancellation charge will be incured.
  4. We recommend clients to inform us 24 hours before the designated booking time, if any journeys are cancelled. Otherwise 50% of the payment will be non-refundable.
  5. If clients cannot see the driver near the information desk in the airport, they should phone UK Airport Car or the driver, to allocate a pick-up point. Passengers should not leave the airport without informing us or the driver.
  6. Passengers should be at the designated pick-up location and at the agreed time. If there are changes or problems with the time or location, passengers must contact us or the driver to make another arrangement.
  7. Clients must be ready to depart at the agreed pick-up time. Passengers cannot alter this time after the driver has arrived and would have to pay waiting charge, if they require the driver to wait for them for more than 10 minutes.
  8. Customers must state clearly the position of their pick-ups, such as full postcodes and for example, whether it is back or front entrance and any other locations.
  9. The prices are based on the type and number of pick-ups and drop-offs that you state when booking. However, if you need any other pick-up, drop-off or destination, clients must contact the company only, as only we are in a position to decide the prices.
  10. An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on the following dates: 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 January.

  11. At pick-ups from residential addresses, we allow 15 minutes waiting time, after which we will charge £5 per 15 minutes of waiting. For airport pick-ups, we allow 50 minutes waiting time free of charge, after the landing time. After this, we are happy to wait for another 20 minutes, free of charge, if you wish, by contacting us in any way.
  12. Our company does not take any responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed for a pick-up or drop-off, due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, road works or any other delays.
  13. UK Airport Car can only accept credit card or cash payments in British Sterling Pounds (£).
  14. We accept credit card payments only online and there will be an additional fee of £4.00. However, drivers do not have the facility to accept credit card payments.
  15. It is your responsibility to print and keep the confirmation sent by Paypal for credit card payments, as it has our company name and number.This is in the case if the driver needs to confirm the payment method.

  16. Our drivers could refuse passengers, if they have luggage that are in excess and could affect the safety of the journey. Passengers should inform us if they will have any additional equipment with them, such as fishing rods. This will ensure that we will send a suitable vehicle.
  17. Babies are also considered as passengers and we are able to provide you with the necessary facilities such as infant, upright and booster seats. For babies 11 to 15 months, clients need to state specifically, whether they need infant or upright seats, as this can vary for different babies according to their size and height.
  18. UK Airport Car will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded and unloaded at all times.
