Bookings
UK Airport Car offers services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bookings can be made online, over the phone or by email - info@ukairportcar.co.uk.
It is important to choose the correct vehicle option when you reserve with UK Airport Car. Our prices are charged per car, not per person.
For airport collections, please provide the flight number and the scheduled arrival time. This ensures that the driver can collect the passenger(s) 20-40 minutes after arrival time, depending on the airport terminal and airline. The driver will meet the passenger(s) at the airport arrival hall with a name board.
We provide baby seats free of charge at UK airport car. Please specify this request in the UK airport car booking form, along with the child's age and your preferred type of seat.
If you have any difficulties with the online booking form before completion, please e-mail us the reservation details requested in the UK airport car booking form to info@ukairportcar.co.uk, including the price and your preferred payment method - cash or credit/debit card. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent, as well as details regarding credit/debit card payment. An additional fee of £4.00 will be charged for online payment. Alternatively, if you have chosen cash payment, a receipt will be issued by the driver on the day of the journey.
UK Airport Car Services
We provide UK transfers to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and City airport, hotel transfers and train station transfers. UK Airport car also provides long distance postcode to postcode journeys, as well as cruise port journeys (Southampton, Portsmouth, Dover, Harwich).
Our vehicles are inspected by Public Carriage Office once a year and undergo standard tests twice a year. UK airport cars are smoke-free, comfortable and clean. Our drivers will be friendly, punctual and helpful.
The first 50 minutes after landing time is free of waiting charge. If you have a preferred collection, please inform us in the UK airport car booking form to avoid waiting charge.
By providing UK Airport Car with the correct flight number, landing time and the country of flight departure, we are able to check the time of arrival and the airport terminal, despite delays. However, if you are aware of any major delays of the flight arrival time, for example more than one hour delay, please inform UK Airport Car as soon as possible.
UK Airport Car will appreciate if you can notify us, minimum three hours before the original collection time, if you would like to obtain a car at an earlier pick up time.
