1.We only consider a booking as accepted until we re-confirm via email or phone.

2.A booking can only be changed or cancelled via the phone. Our drivers are not responsible for any cancellations.

3.Cancellations not informed up to 1 hours prior to time of booking may incur 100% of the booking price. Cancellations informed between 1 to 6 hours prior to the journey will incur 25% of the booked price. Cancellations informed more than 6 hours prior to time of the journey means that a 5% cancellation charge will be incurred.

4.The prices are based on the type and number of pick-ups and drop-offs that you state when booking. However, if you need any other pick-up, drop-off or destination, clients must contact the company only, as only we are in a position to decide the prices, according to the extra time and mileage.

5.Our company does not take any responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed for a pick-up or drop-off, due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, road works or any other delays.

6.Our drivers could refuse passengers, if they have luggage that are in excess and could affect the safety of the journey. Passengers should inform us if they will have any additional equipment with them, such as fishing rods. This will make sure that we will send a suitable vehicle.

7.Babies are considered as passengers. Passengers who fail to give the correct number of passengers including any babies, may have to pay extra as a different type of vehicle may be needed.

8.If the passenger can not see the driver, either near the information desk or in any other location in the residential area, he/she must contact either the company or the driver to allocate a meeting point.

9.Passengers should not leave the airport, until having informed either UK Airport Car or the driver.
